Lanre Olupona is a seasoned digital filmmaker with cross-functional experience in live-action filming and animated videos. For over a decade, he has honed his skills in digital filmmaking through several mainstream film and television projects and has garnered consummate techniques of quality production on a budget.
In 2019, Lanre was one of the Directors of ‘Brethren’, MNET’s primetime crime thriller on Africa Magic. Earlier in 2017, he worked as the Director of Photography on MNET’s ‘Battleground’. Both shows are still running on different Africa Magic channels. In 2021, Lanre directed 'Movement: Japa', a 13-episode series produced by Zuri24 Media for Africa Magic, and in 2022, he worked as the creative lead of the team that produced the popular television series ‘Covenant’ for Africa Magic.
Through the service offering of Elderberry Limited - a video production service company where he is a co-founder, Lanre's skill in animated video production has served medium-scale businesses and organizations in creating brand awareness and increasing conversion through video services such as Explainer Videos, Product Videos, Motion Graphics, Social Media Videos, and Whiteboard Animations.
